Meet Ila, a beautiful Red Cavapoo girl from Yogi Bear and Lila. With her gorgeous red coloring, soft puppy features, and gentle expression, Ila is certainly a pretty little girl, but it's her personality that really makes her special.
 
Ila has a wonderfully cuddly, affectionate, and calm personality. She's a softhearted little girl who enjoys closeness and attention and seems happiest when she can settle in and soak up some love. She has a gentle way about her that makes spending time with her especially sweet.
 
Born on August 20, 2026, Ila is growing up here at Blessed Little Pups in Goshen, Indiana, where she receives plenty of daily interaction, socialization, and individual attention as she prepares for life with her future family.
 
A Gentle Little Girl With a Big Heart
Every puppy has something that makes them uniquely themselves, and with Ila, it's hard not to notice her tender nature.
 
She's an affectionate puppy who loves to cuddle and enjoys being close to people. Her calm, softhearted personality gives her a sweetness that comes through in the way she interacts with those around her.
 
While puppies continue to grow and their personalities naturally develop with age, we're already enjoying the loving little girl Ila is showing us she can be.

Ila's Early Training at Blessed Little Pups
Around 7 weeks of age, Ila's routine will begin including some introductory training to help prepare her for the transition into her new home. She'll begin working on:
 
Potty training with a consistent routine and learning to go outside
Crate training and becoming comfortable spending time in her crate
An introduction to walking on a leash
Early recall
Basic commands such as sit, come, and stay
Learning through praise and positive reinforcement
 
These skills will still be works in progress when Ila goes home. She's a young puppy, after all! Our goal is to make these routines familiar and give her future family a helpful foundation they can continue building upon.
 
Growing Up With Plenty of Love & Socialization
Ila's first weeks aren't only about training. There's plenty of time built in for her to simply enjoy being a puppy.
 
Growing up at Blessed Little Pups gives Ila opportunities to experience everyday sights and sounds, regular handling, human interaction, new surroundings, toys, and age-appropriate socialization.
 
Her littermates are part of those experiences too. They provide built-in playmates for exploring, playing, wrestling, learning, and curling up together when everyone is finally ready for another puppy nap.
 
We believe these everyday experiences are an important part of helping our puppies prepare for the much bigger world waiting for them after they leave us.
