Welcome to Blessed Little Pups! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. General Terms

  • Blessed Little Pups reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

  • By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. Puppy Adoption & Sales

  • All puppy sales require a signed contract outlining health guarantees and responsibilities.

  • A deposit is required to reserve a puppy and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Final payment must be made before or at the time of pickup/delivery.

3. Health Guarantee

  • Our puppies come with a health guarantee against genetic conditions as outlined in our contract.

  • Buyers must have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them to validate the guarantee.

  • Health issues caused by neglect, improper care, or accidents are not covered under our guarantee.

4. Shipping & Pickup

  • Pickup arrangements must be scheduled in advance.

  • Delivery options are available at an additional cost and will be discussed individually.

  • Once a puppy leaves our care, we are not responsible for travel-related stress or issues.

5. Return Policy

  • If you are unable to keep your puppy for any reason, you must return the puppy to Blessed Little Pups so we can ensure they find a suitable home.

  • No refunds will be given for returned puppies.

  • The buyer agrees not to surrender the puppy to a shelter, rescue, or third party without consulting us first.

  • Deposits Are Non - Refundable

6. Privacy & Data Use

  • We respect your privacy and will never share or sell your personal information.

  • By using our website, you agree to our Cookie and Privacy Policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Blessed Little Pups is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries caused by a puppy after adoption.

  • We do not guarantee size, color, or temperament, as these can vary naturally.
