Say Hello to Promise | Tricolor Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Puppy
Meet Promise, a beautiful tricolor Cavalier King Charles Spaniel girl from Hope and Zach. Her classic combination of black, white, and warm tan markings gives her that unmistakable Cavalier look, complete with an adorable little face that will only become more expressive as she grows.
Promise was born on September 2, 2026, and is spending these important first weeks with us at
Blessed Little Pups in Goshen, Indiana.
Right now, Promise's world revolves around her mom, littermates, and the people caring for her each day. That world will quickly begin to expand as she becomes steadier on her feet, more interested in playing, and increasingly curious about everything happening around her.
We love this stage because every week seems to reveal something new. Promise's individual personality is still developing, and rather than trying to decide too early what kind of little girl she'll be, we're enjoying watching her show us in her own time.
Promise's Early Training Begins Around 7 Weeks
Before Promise heads home, we'll help introduce her to several routines she'll encounter with her future family. Beginning at approximately 7 weeks old, she'll start working on age-appropriate puppy training through consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement.
Promise will be introduced to:
- Potty training and learning to go outside
- Spending comfortable, positive time in a crate
- The basics of leash walking
- Early recall and responding when called
- Beginning commands such as sit, come, and stay
- Learning through praise and positive reinforcement
These early weeks are about creating familiarity rather than expecting perfection. Promise will still have plenty to learn once she's home, but her family will have a foundation they can continue building upon.
Meet Promise's Parents, Hope & Zach
Promise comes from Hope and Zach, and we're proud to share information about the dogs behind our puppies.
Both parents have completed genetic and OFA health testing. Thoughtful parent selection and health testing are important parts of our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel program at Blessed Little Pups.
We believe families should have the opportunity to learn about their puppy's parents and understand the care and planning that happens before a litter ever arrives.
A Few Things to Make Going Home Easier
Promise will be ready to begin her next chapter on November 4, 2026. Leaving her littermates and everything familiar is a big change for a little puppy, so we send several things along to help her family get started.
Promise will head home with:
- Up-to-date vaccinations and complete health records
- Health guarantee
- Microchip identification
- A blanket carrying familiar scents from her littermates
- Starter puppy food
- A favorite toy
- A leash
- Lifetime breeder support from Blessed Little Pups
Our support doesn't stop when Promise leaves our home. We're here as a resource for our puppy families as they settle into life together.
Growing Up at Blessed Little Pups
A puppy learns a surprising amount simply by experiencing everyday life.
As Promise reaches each new developmental stage, she'll gradually experience different sights, sounds, surfaces, handling, routines, toys, puppy play, and human interaction. We introduce new experiences at an age-appropriate pace, allowing her to explore without rushing the process.
Her littermates have an important role too. They're Promise's first little social group, and they'll spend the coming weeks sleeping together, exploring together, playing, wrestling, and discovering just how much fun puppyhood can be.
These experiences are all part of Promise's first chapter here at Blessed Little Pups in Goshen, Indiana.
Promise's Beautiful Tricolor Cavalier Coat
Promise has one of the four classic Cavalier King Charles Spaniel color patterns: tricolor.
Her coat combines areas of black and bright white with beautiful tan points, giving her a striking appearance. As she matures, her coat will become fuller and she'll gradually develop more of the beautiful feathering around the ears, chest, legs, and tail that Cavaliers are known for.
But there's much more to a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel than a beautiful coat. Cavaliers have a long history as companion dogs and are treasured for their people-focused nature. They typically enjoy being included in everyday life and staying close to their families, whether they're out exploring or relaxing together at home.
Promise's New Adventure Begins November 4
By November 4, 2026, the tiny puppy we're watching grow today will have changed quite a bit.
Promise will have spent the weeks leading up to her go-home date playing with her littermates, experiencing new things, beginning her early training, and showing us more of the personality that will make her completely unique.
Until then, we're enjoying having Promise here with us and watching this beautiful tricolor Cavalier
King Charles Spaniel puppy grow a little more each day.
If Promise sounds like the Cavalier you've been hoping to find, we'd love to answer your questions and tell you more about this special little girl.
