Our Little Adventurer

Twila's Early Puppy Training
Starting at approximately 7 weeks old, Twila will begin working on several introductory skills to help prepare her for the routines she'll experience with her future family. Twila will begin learning:
 
Potty training and learning that potty time happens outside
Becoming comfortable spending time in a crate
The basics of walking on a leash
Early recall and responding when called
Beginning commands such as sit, come, and stay
Learning through praise and positive reinforcement
 
These are introductory lessons designed for a young puppy. Twila won't be expected to have everything perfected before she heads home, but she'll already have some familiarity with these important routines.
