Say Hello to Wallace | Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Puppy
Wallace is a beautiful Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel boy from Riley and Winky Willows. His classic chestnut and white coloring, darling Cavalier face, and sweet puppy features make him an eye-catching little guy, and we are enjoying having him grow up here at Blessed Little Pups.
Born on August 4, 2026, Wallace is still in those early weeks when puppies seem to change almost every day. As he grows, he'll spend more time playing with his littermates, investigating his surroundings, and becoming familiar with the people and everyday activity around him.
His personality is still developing, and we don't like to label our puppies too early. Part of the fun is watching Wallace become more expressive and independent as the weeks go by and discovering all the little traits that make him his own unique puppy.
Giving Wallace a Head Start
As Wallace reaches approximately 7 weeks old, his days will begin to include more structure as we introduce some basic puppy training and routines.
Wallace will begin working on:
Potty training and learning that potty time happens outside
Crate training and becoming comfortable spending time in his crate
Walking on a leash
Basic commands such as sit, come, and stay
Learning through praise and positive reinforcement
These are introductory lessons designed for a young puppy, so Wallace won't be expected to have everything perfected before he goes home. Instead, we want these skills and routines to already feel familiar so his family has a good starting point for continuing his training.
Wallace's Going-Home Essentials
When Wallace is ready to begin life with his new family on October 16, 2026, he'll leave Blessed Little Pups with several things to help make his transition easier:
Up-to-date vaccinations and complete health records
Health guarantee
Microchip identification
A blanket with familiar scents from his littermates
Starter PawTree premium puppy food
A favorite toy
A leash
Lifetime breeder support from Blessed Little Pups
Wallace's parents, Riley and Winky Willows, are genetically tested and OFA certified. Health testing our parent dogs is an important part of the care and planning behind our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breeding program.
Wallace's First Weeks at Blessed Little Pups
There's a lot happening during a puppy's first few months of life. Wallace will gradually experience new sights and sounds, different routines, regular handling, puppy play, and plenty of interaction as he becomes more confident in his surroundings.
At Blessed Little Pups, we believe these everyday experiences are an important part of preparing our puppies for the transition from our home to theirs. We want Wallace to have time to simply be a puppy while also giving him opportunities to learn and experience new things at an appropriate pace.
His Cavalier heritage makes these weeks especially fun to watch. Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are treasured for their affectionate, companion-oriented nature and their desire to be near their people.
They're known for combining a playful side with the gentle disposition that has made Cavaliers such beloved family companions.
The Weeks Ahead for Wallace
There is still plenty for Wallace to discover between now and his October 16 go home date. His little world will continue getting bigger as he begins training, experiences new things, and shows us more of the personality developing behind that adorable Blenheim face.
For now, we're happy to have this handsome Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy here with us, where he'll continue receiving lots of care and attention as we prepare him for the exciting next chapter waiting with his future family.
If you'd like to learn more about Wallace, we'd love to answer your questions and tell you more about this sweet Cavalier boy.
